Q. How do I pay for my purchase?
A. We accept payments through PayPal. If you wish to ship to a different address from the one that is on your PayPal account, don’t forget to change the address of your PayPal account.

Q. How does my purchase get to me?
A. Within the US, we ship with USPS, using first class mail and Priority mail.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, we do. We ship, with tracking, to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK, Western Europe (except Italy), Japan, Singapore, S. Korea. For all other destinations, please contact us. Please do not ask us to ship without tracking, and please do not ask us to falsify valuation documents for customs.

Q. Can I return an item?
A. You may return your purchase, if you are not completely satisfied, within 14 days from the date that it was shipped to you. Please read the item description and check photos carefully before making a purchase. Refunds are processed within 3 business days of our receiving your return shipment. If your purchase qualified for free shipping, we will deduct the original shipping charges from your refund amount.

A. To return an item, please contact us first to let us know that there is a problem. We will help you to return the item to us in a timely manner. All items must be post marked within 14 days of the original ship date.
